1Definitions & Scope of Terms

2Account Registration & Member Eligibility

4Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals can be made at any time through your Goat77 account panel. The withdrawal terms are as follows:

The general terms applicable to all Goat77 bonuses are as follows:

• The Welcome Bonus is subject to wagering requirements 20x total bonus amount and must be used within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bets placed on games with a house edge exceeding 1% may not count, or may only partially count, toward wagering requirements.
• The minimum bet qualifying toward wagering requirements is odds of 1.50 for Sports Betting.

• Goat77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings obtained through promotional abuse.

6Casino Game Rules

The casino game terms are as follows:

• The results of completed games are final and may not be disputed, except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round that prevents the outcome from being determined, Goat77 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the stake.

7Sports Betting Rules

Specific terms for Sports Betting:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Goat77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and fund freezing:

• Money laundering – using the Goat77 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Payment fraud – using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you, or that has been reported lost or stolen.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live games.
• Use of bots or automated software – using any software, scripts, or automation tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• System Bug Exploitation – deliberately exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Threats or Harassment – threatening, harassing, or spreading false information about Goat77 or its staff.

Goat77 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities to investigate and prosecute cases of fraud and money laundering. Funds suspected of being linked to illegal activity may be held indefinitely pending the outcome of an investigation.

9Identity Verification (KYC)

Goat77 complies with the Know Your Customer (KYC) standards set by international gambling regulatory bodies. KYC verification may be required in the following situations:

• Your first withdrawal, or any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
